No – the device operates in 100% Offline autonomy mode. All sensitive data is processed locally on your hardware and never leaves your organisation. Internet is optional (opt-in) only for remote management (XSC) and rapid AI model updates, if you choose to enable it.

XSC is an optional layer for remote management and rapid AI model and RAG knowledge base updates. Access is conducted exclusively via an encrypted SSH tunnel owned by the manufacturer. You have absolute control – you can choose Strictly OFFLINE mode.

The XRENN™ philosophy is Low TCO. You buy the hardware and the software is yours forever. Core monitoring and NIS2 functions carry no monthly fees. Subscriptions apply only to optional update packages and expert support at the BASIC and PRO tiers.

Yes, the system is designed for full compliance with NIS2 (EU 2022/2555). It automatically generates audit reports with technical summaries and citations of relevant legislative articles, providing demonstrable compliance for cybersecurity audit authorities.

All exported reports are cryptographically signed using HMAC-SHA256 (SHA-2 origin). This guarantees that data has not been modified from the moment of export from the device, which is a key requirement for the audit trail.
